Welcome To My Blog

Thank you for visiting my blog! The posts are short, sweet and to the point. Typically current photos I have taken that follow my professional and personal life. No long written paragraphs here for all of you short attention span readers. And I'm not that good of a writer anyways :-) I hope you gain a good idea of who I am thru my photography, my travels, and my humor posted here. Come back soon!

Corey & Geoff, Wedding, The Country Club Brookline

What an honor to shoot Corey and Geoff's wedding at The Country Club in Brookline. Truly and incredible property and also THE oldest country club in the whole United States. It was founded back in 1882 as an equestrian and social club.

While the reception was held both inside and outside of the main club house, the ceremony was back deep in the property at the Lake House. A fitting location as Geoff, who has a passion for fishing, proposed to Corey following a fishing trip.

Leah & Phil, Engaged!!!

We met up with Leah & Phil a few days ago in Waltham for some casual engagement photos. Waltham is where they purchased their first home together, so we chose to shoot around the Commons. I have never shot at E-session here, and it is always a cool challenge to create some fun photographs in just a short time span of about 45 minutes at an unfamiliar spot. And it didn't hurt to have brilliant light as well. They asked to incorporate the Waltham sign at the purple line stop, so I figured a few extra pictures around the tracks and platform would be different and definitely a location I will revisit soon.

The Knot "Best of Weddings 2009 Pick"

Sorry that I have been late to spread the news...but we found out at the end March that we were chosen again by our local Boston "Knotties" as a "Best of Weddings Pick" for the second year in a row!!! It is humbling for this distinction and we look forward to another fantastic year already upon us! Thank You Knotties!

Andrea & Dennis, Engaged!!!

We met up with Andrea and Dennis in Boston today for a relaxed photo session. After a few imaginary Bloody Mary's :-), their passionate and upbeat personalities came right out and we had a blast shooting with them. I think most people would cringe at the thought of working on a Sunday morning, but days like this for Maria and I are just so rewarding, especially when we get to work with an amazing couple like Andrea and Dennis! Check out their pics!

A Porsche Wedding II

What happens when an amazing Bride and a really cool Groom have a super fast 1957 Porsche Speedster convertible...well, they drive it to the Harvard footbridge to get married of course.

After getting ready at the Fairmont Copley Hotel, and a few shots of the Bride and Groom outside, we headed over to Cambridge for a very romantic ceremony conducted by the Groom's longtime friend on the Weeks Bridge. They had a fortunate 65 degree sunny day and full moon at night just after their ceremony for the ride home along one of my favorite stretches of urban roadway in the U.S...Memorial Drive.
