GET MARRIED

I am back in New York City shooting Bridal Fashion Week for "Get Married". You can check out the website at www.GetMarried.com as well a their TV show every weekday on Lifetime hosted by Colin Cowie. It has been three full days of intense shooting including shows like Carolina Herrera, Reem Acra, Badgley Mischka, Priscilla of Boston, and many many more. All of the new Spring 2010 Collection photos will be up on the Get Married site in the next few days.

We just shot an independent fashion shoot where the concept was to photograph something a bit out of the ordinary and mostly to shoot for fun. We teamed up with a ton of great people including R&B singer Blu Cantrell, a native Rhode Islander :-).

I am down in New York City with Maria shooting the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Maria actually got to shoot a little as I had her shoot some wide angle shots. Today we shot the Carolina Herrera show, Peter Som, and Luca Luca show for Wedding Style Magazine.

Reem Acra goes Juicy!

A couple of fun images from the Reem Acra show in New York City last Sunday.

I've been in NYC since Friday shooting fashion for Grace Ormonde. Will share more pictures when I return home on Wednesday, but snagged a nice portrait of Carolina Herrara after her show at The Plaza Hotel and Ines Di Santos after hers at the famous Warwick Hotel. Will be at photographer Luke Walkers studio in lower Manhattan tonight for a party (pizza & poker :-), which will be a nice way to top off the past several days including fun nights out with the whole Wedding Style crew including Grace, Yanni, Mike, Ray, Anna, Tracy, and Paula! Ray, send me those pictures!!!

Behind the Scenes with Bill Blass

I had the awesome privledge of shooting behind the scenes at Bill Blass before the 2008 Spring Collection was unveiled at Fashion Week. It was organized chaos. Models, Makeup Artists, Hair, Photographers, more Models, more Photographers, etc... all craziness before the show went on. I did find the models to be at ease however. Listening to their Ipods, drinking Red Bull, enjoying the moment, as was I. There was just so much to shoot, so here is a peak at what it is like behind the scenes...
